English Guide for Diaspora Readers
Following Serbia’s civic tip portal from abroad—what matters and what does not.
Search engines often show English domains before the official Serbian portal. That is fine for learning. It is not fine if you file a sensitive report on a random mirror.
Diaspora checklist
- Read an explainer (this site) for context.
- Switch to the official kosibreti.rs domain for any real submission.
- Be careful with evidence authenticity and unnecessary personal data.
- Remember time zones if you reference “today” events.
- If you are dual-status or work for a Serbian public body from abroad, legal exposure can still exist—get advice when stakes are high.
Language gap
The portal UI is Serbian. English guides help orientation; they do not replace accurate Serbian descriptions of events.
